Abstract

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is an analysis of financing resources of new delivery car. For alternative forms of financing investment are selected own resources, bank loan and lease financing. This analysis is realized through a present value of expenditure. Bachelor's thesis is divided into five parts. The second part is given a theoretical definition of financing resources. The third part is focused on the company description and characteristics of the acquisition of investment. The fourth part is devoted own analysis of selected financing resources. It was found that as the best form of financing of the investment can recommend financial leasing without a backup.
