Abstract

A suggestion of internet application for marketing communication was the main goal of the diploma thesis. The marketing communication should assist to increase satisfaction of current customers and to increase in the number of prospects. The principle of internet telephony is explained in a theoretical part of the thesis. Then, the organization is described. Also, market communication, marketing communication plan, internet usage in Czech households and internet marketing communication tools are characterized. There is explained technique of a research in a practical part. After that, the current company’s market communication is analyzed. This part contains also graphs which show the results of the research. Hypotheses are evaluated on basis of the results of the research, too. In the end of the thesis are prepared suggestions. Those suggestions are focused on improvement of company’s websites and other internet marketing communication tools.
