Abstract
The goal of this work is to create a marketing plan for a four-star hotel based in Ostrava city.
The work is based on a theoretical part. The theoretical part contains preconditions for apply of a marketing communication and describes constituent elements of a communication mix. In other part there is described characteristic of the company form several points of view; actual condition, history, and micro and macro environment.
In applied part of this work has been made a marketing research of actual marketing mix efficiency. There were analyzed elements of an S.W.O.T. analysis which should describe actual condition of the marketing communication and analyze threats and opportunities for the hotel.
Based on results of marketing research there were suggested possible steps for increase efficiency of the marketing communication.
