Abstract

Theme of the dissertation is the development plan of sports complex in Čeladná. This thesis aim is analyse and evaluate economic efficiency of the proposed investment project. The theoretical part of dissertatiton describes the process for all phases of the investment project from analysis of market opportunities, trought the possibility of obtaining suitable funding for business entities to the evaluation criteria of investment. The practical part includes the feasibility study and the subsequent description of a sports complex Healthy Lifestyle. In the end of the practical part is provided financial analysis in agreement with indicators of profitability and indebtedness, including the evaluation of economic efficiency of the project using net present value method. Financial analysis is conducted on the basis of financial statements balance sheet, profit and loss and cash flows for the years 2010-2015.
