Analýza způsobu vymáhání pohledávek na trhu s plynem

Abstract

The objective of my thesis was to suggest optimal and most effective solution of debt collection. Problems were solved with respect to customers´ segments. For implementation of specified objective I completed secondary marketing research long-term following internal data related to debt collection process quantification. Based on executed analysis and three processing options comparison I focused on innovative suggestions concerning employees and customers.
