Návrh koncepce rozvoje kultury v obci

Abstract

Předmětem předložené diplomové práce je kultura v obci. Cílem diplomové práce je vymezit teoretická východiska kultury ve veřejném sektoru, popsat současný stav kultury v Hranicích, realizovat dotazníkové šetření a vytvořit návrh koncepce rozvoje kultury. Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku kultury jako část veřejného sektoru. Tady je popsán význam kultury, způsoby financování a kulturní politika České republiky. V praktické části diplomové práce na základě analýzy současného stavu kultury v obci, bude provedeno dotazníkové šetření. Následně vypracován návrh koncepce rozvoje kultury v obci.

The subject of the dissertation is the culture in the municipality. The thesis aims to define the theoretical basis of culture in the publicsector, describe the current state of culture in Hranice, implementsurvey and create a design concept of cultural development. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the characteristics of culture as part of the public sector. Here is described the importance of culture, methods of funding and cultural policy of the Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis by analyzing the current state of culture in the municipaliy will be carried out survey. Subsequently prepared draft concept of cultural development in the municipality.
