Abstract

Vedoucí práce Ing. Kateřina Kubenková, Ph.D. Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je zpracování technologického postupu provádění zelené střechy a části projektové dokumentace nad zadanou budovou bytového domu. Jedná se o třípodlažní bytový dům s pěti bytovými jednotkami. Práce obsahuje průvodní zprávu, zprávu architektonicko-stavebního řešení objektu, část výkresové dokumentace objektu, stavebně technologický postup zelené střechy, položkový rozpočet, harmonogram provádění a tepelně technické posouzení zelené střechy. Výkresová dokumentace je zpracována podle vyhlášky č. 405/2017 Sb [1].

Kateřina Kubenková, Ph.D. The aim of this bachelor´s thesis, was to develop technological process of green roof and creating part of the desing documentation on specified building. Specified building is a three – storey building apartment with five apartments. This thesis contains of covering message, report on the architectural and construction solution of the building, part of the drawing documentation, technological process of the green roof, shedule and thermal technical assessment of the green roof. The drawing documentation is prepared and in acordance with decree No. 405/2017 Sb [1].
