Abstract

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is design part of the project documentation of the Town Hall in Dolní Benešov. The building is designed on the ground plot No. 434/1, Opavská street, cadastre area of Dolní Benešov. The design of the Town Hall was prepared in subject Ateliérová tvorba VI. and project documentation was prepared in subject Ateliérová tvorba Va. The Town Hall building is divided into three blocks A, B and C. There are designed blocks B( later in the text as as an office building) and A( later in the text as as a tower building) in this Bachelor thesis. The office building is designed as a four-storey building covered with a flat roof. The tower building is designed as a six-storey building covered with a glass roof, which is part of the vertical facade system of the building. The bachelor thesis consists of a text part, project documentation and is also supplemented by an architectural detail.
