Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to improve the recruitment process in the company Vymyslický – Výtahy Limited. A survey was used to deal with this issue. The answers were thoroughly analyzed, potential solutions were described in detail and in graphs. Suggested solution offers several possibilities. One of them is to increase current salary or provide greater choice of benefits for people on lower positions, then allow cooperation with schools or educational institutions to provide trainee programs and finally enable further career development or education of existing employees. The outcome of this thesis enables to improve the recruitment process and retain current employees for the future development of the company.
