Vliv povrchové metalizace pinů z CuSn6 na jejich povrchové charakteristiky

Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on the corrosion resistance of automotive sensor pins. A protective surface layer of metal is galvanically applied to the surface of the pins. These surface layers differ between individual samples in terms of their thickness and the material used. The thickness of the surface layers, the chemical composition of the samples using EDX analysis, the corrosion properties of the pins using the potentiodynamic polarization method, the surface roughness, and the optical examination of the samples after the salt fog tests will be examined for the received samples.
