Abstract

The subject of this baccalaureate work is design of a kindergarten for 100 children in Palkovice (village in Frydek – Mistek county, Moravian – Silesian Region).This work includes three possible variants, from which one was chosen and processed to the level required for Documentation of land use decisions (DUR). The current kindergarten has insufficient capacity. New designed kindergarten provides a possibility of attendance by children from villages nearby. The area of interest is located in the centre of the village on land with land use 6 381 m2 next to Palkovice elementary school close to road III/4848. This land contains only 9 trees with diameter exceeding 0,3 m, self-seeded trees, fencing and playground with asphalt surface. Work includes besides transport and technical infrastructure solutions also design of playground, operational connections to the elementary school and approximate calculation of investment costs. This baccalaureate work is elaborated in the range of 52 pages.
