Abstract

This thesis is focused on forms of administration of residential buildings. In my thesis I compare administration of properties by the owner, who employs his own employees, to the administration of properties through the outsourcing. In the first part I deal with the role of facility management in this specific branch and with the rights and duties of each participant on the process. Then I describe criteria, which should be considered hen deciding on the form of administration to choose, and what are the advantages and disadvantages of the possibilities that occur. In the practical part I describe a real subject which is Správa nemovitostí města Znojma (Administration of realty properties of town Znojmo), which is an allowance organization, and its ways of how they care about the intusted estates. I describe the actual condition of the housing resources and the level of their charge. Part of the practical part is also a comparison of the administration in other towns of similar size, concretely the towns Třebíč and Kroměříž. The thesis contains 38 numbered pages.
