Nákupní centrum - stavebně technologický projekt.

Abstract

Subject matter of my diploma thesis is development of construction technological project of shopping center. This project consists of design plan and text part, where this object is described. It is a loosely standing unbasement object with two aboveground storeys. There are some shopping areas on the ground floor, these are supplemented by a restaurant on the second aboveground storey. Ground plan of this project is hexagonal shape with dimensions 24,2 x 17,6 metres. Then there is also processed technological procedure of realization of roof deck. Next part of my diploma thesis is also development of heat technical assessment of constructions of the building and energy bilancy of the bulding. Everything is processed in accordance with valid statutes and laws. Aim of this diploma thesis is development of documentation for proceedings, project of technological process of realization of roof deck and energy bilancy of the building.
