Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a family house in Skalice near Frýdek - Místek. The aim of the project was to design a family house for a couple with two children, including facilities for training and physical preparation of the father, whose profession is a car racer. The building is made of brick, without a basement, with one floor above ground and a residential attic. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, a text part and appendices. The appendices include the elaboration of the specialization in Architecture in the form of an architectural detail.
