Abstract

My final work describes the proces of setting up a Limited Company and creating business plan for the first free years of its operation. The first chaprter includes the theoretical terms which is importent to explain. This part explains describes advantages and disadvanteges of different types of companies that the entrepreneur can establish in the Czech Republic. The second part presents the company on which I explain the proces of setting up a company. It includes the reasons for setting up a small firm to produce leather products and describe the initial situation of company. The third patrt explains creating a business plan that includes all the factors that affect the start-up. The business plan describes the plan for production, sale, distribution, recruitment and financial plan. The conclusion is a summary of the business plan. It proposes solutions in case the company would not proceed its plans.
