Abstract

Thesis is focused on Multilevel Marketing as a business opportunity by which we can achieve relative high profits by simple system in a short time. The basic concepts of business, businessman, company and the single forms of business in the Czech Republic are explained in the theoretical part of the thesis. In the other part we are dealing with Multilevel Marketing history, principals of working and Cashflow quadrant which is consider as a base for Multilevel Marketing. MLM concept is described on an example of MonaVie company which is new to the Czech Republic market. In practical part of the thesis single steps needed for successful business start in MonaVie company are characterized. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for MonaVie are discussed in detail in SWOT analysis formed according to the own view.
