Abstract

In this thesis, we propose that the use of the site in the city of Ostrava - Dubina. The site is located between the streets Dr.Šavrdy, Plzeňská and Z. Chalabala. The introduction describes the current status of several factors that influenced the selection of the final proposal. Propose an extension of sports facilities with sports complex, which houses an indoor pool, sauna, squash courts and gym, including accessories. The proposed area is also located a few blocks of flats, which slňují requirement of modern housing, supplemented by adequate greenery and furniture. The work was the development of variants. Option A was developed in detail. The resulting proposals are reflected in the drawing, which is an integral part of the thesis.
