Abstract
The aim of this thesis is through the analyse existing systems of the selection and adaptation of employees to identify deficiencies and propose more suitable solutions and recommendations, that could lead to improvement of these systems in the selected company. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical-methodical part and application-verification part. The theoretical-methodical part is focused on the description of the methodology, the used method and the clarification of terms related to the theoretical description of the process of selection and adaptation of employees. The application-verification part is focused on the description and analysis of existing systems of employee selection and adaptation. By the questionnaire survey is performed the analysis of these existing systems. According to the detected information are suggested solutions to improve these processes.
