Abstract

The main aim of the thesis is competitiveness assessment of the manufacturing company, using selected methods of analysis of internal and external environment. Subsequently, on the basis of the results obtained, proposals and recommendations for maintaining and improving the company's position on the market will be evaluated. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes the basic concepts and methods related to the evaluation of competitiveness and also serves for the processing of the practical part. In the practical part is first characterized the chosen company. Consequently, the methods of evaluation of competitiveness are applied. Based on the results obtained, suggestions and recommendations are created leading to the consolidation of the company's current position.
