Bc. Zbyněk Konvičný – Competitiveness of a Small Company and Possibilities of its Increasing
The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current level of competitiveness of the company Ski Sport Kasárna, Ltd., proposal strategy and make the recommendations to increase the competitiveness of the company. The theoretical part explain basic concepts like entrepreneurship, small companies, competition, competitiveness and there are explained the methods and techniques used in the practical part. The fourth chapter shows important information about the analyzed subject. The practical part uses six different methods to analyze the external environment. Analysis of internal enviroment contains the sales analysis, the analysis of the company competitive advantage and other methods. The company is also comprehensively evaluated by using the SWOT analysis. The most appropriate strategy is deduced from used methods and there are proposed recommendations to increase the competitiveness.
