Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with issues of internal guidelines, both from the theoretical point of view and from practical point of view. The theoretical part solves the general characteristics of the internal guidelines, their regulations and creation. The thesis also mentions their basic division. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis there is an analysis of the internal directives of JESAN KOVO, s.r.o. It was found that the current internal guidelines of the selected company were not sufficient, so a proposal was made to update and supplement the missing information. In this bachelor thesis, the method of description, analysis and oral questioning was used.
