Financování a analýza hospodaření vybraného občanského sdružení

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce s názvem Financování a analýza hospodaření vybraného občanského sdružení se zabývá charakteristikou neziskových organizací, především nestátních, jejich právní úpravou a možnostmi financování jejich činností. Neziskové organizace zasahují do života mnoha subjektů. Prostředky pro své financování neziskové subjekty mnohdy obtížně získávají. Nicméně, možností existuje poměrně dost. Mohou čerpat nejen z vlastních nebo cizích zdrojů, ale i z ostatních zdrojů. V závěru této bakalářské práce autor analyzuje získané informace o hospodaření vybraného občanského sdružení a hodnotí je. Doporučuje, dle zjištěných poznatků, možnosti financování a hospodaření vybranému občanskému sdružení. Dále zdůrazní povinnosti vybraného občanského sdružení vyplývající z nového občanského zákoníku.

This bachelor thesis Funding and Economy Analysis of Selected Civil Association deals with the characteristics of non-profit organizations, especially the non-state ones. It focuses on describing their legal basis and the possibilities of funding of their activities. Resources for funding non-profit organizations are often difficult to raise. However, there exist quite a lot of options. The money may be gained not only from the organizations´ resources or some different resources, but there are also other types of resources. In conclusion the author analyses the information about the management of the selected association and evaluates it. According to the obtained results, the author recommends possibilities of financing and management of the selected civil associations. Furthermore the author puts an emphasis on the obligations of the selected civil association following the new Civil Code.
