Analýza trhu práce zahraničních pracovníků

Abstract

The content of this work is to map and analyze labor market of foreign workers in the Czech Republic. The solution was used of a form, and it was applied in XYZ Company. The work is divided into two parts. The first part consists of theoretical knowledge about the labor market and immigration, which are based on literature and current data. The second part is devoted to practical knowledge, and to analyze the access of immigrants to the labor market and living and satisfaction in the Czech Republic.
