Problematika řešení střetů zájmů při hornické činnosti a činnosti prováděné hornickým způsobem u organizace CEMEX Sand, k.s. s důrazem na postavení účastníka řízení

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá tématem řešení střetů zájmů při procesu povolování hornické činnosti nebo činnosti prováděné hornickým způsobem pro povrchovou těžbu štěrkopísků a stavebního kamene. V úvodu je nastíněn smysl budoucího využití této práce pro společnost CEMEX Sand, k.s. při snahách o zajištění dostatečného množství zásob odbytového materiálu – štěrků a stavebního kamene pro zásobování stavebního trhu v ČR na pozadí platné legislativy.

This thesis focuses on the handling of conflicts of interests in the process of permitting mining operations or works using mining techniques for surface mining of sand, gravel, and crushed stone. The introduction outlines the sense of the future use this project will have for CEMEX Sand, k.s. in efforts to secure sufficient quantities of a sales material-gravel and crushed stone for the supplies on the building market of the Czech Republic accord to current legislation.
