Abstract

The aim of Diploma thesis is formulate a draft of nowadays usage undeveloped area defined by streets Polská - Elzy Trioletové - Evžena Rošického in Ostrava - Poruba with necessary facilities for living.The thesis generally solves five proposal of options. Four of them are drawn up as a rough concept, third is fair copy. Result is draft of regional study completed by object study of selected flats with necessary facilities. Limits between private and public area are securely determined. Traffic and engineering services of defined area is resolved. The component of Diploma thesis is also draft of static traffic and green area.
