Výdaje na správu měst

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce jsou „Výdaje na správu měst.“ Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. Na začátku práce je stručný úvod. Ve druhé kapitole se práce zaměřuje na fungování a členění veřejné správy. Ve třetí kapitole se práce zabývá organizačním členěním městských úřadů ve vybraných městech. Výdaje města Zábřehu a Mohelnice jsou popsány ve čtvrté kapitole. V páté kapitole je provedeno shrnutí práce a analýza vývoje výdajů. Cílem práce je charakterizovat a posoudit výdaje vynaložené na správu měst Zábřehu a Mohelnice v letech 2006-2009. Cíle bude dosaženo metodou srovnávání výdajů obou měst a to jak celkových výdajů, tak i výdajů přepočtených na jednoho obyvatele. Na závěr práce má být potvrzeno či vyvráceno tvrzení hypotézy a to, že výdaje měst Zábřehu a Mohelnice na vlastní správu jsou ve vybraných odvětvích srovnatelné.

Subject of this thesis are „Town Administration Expenditures.“ The thesis is divided into five chapters.. At the beginning of this work is a brief introduction. The second chapter is focused on the functioning and breakdown of public administration. The third chapter deals with the organizational breakdown of the work of municipal offices in selected cities. Expenditure of the city Zábřeh and Mohelnice are described in chapter four. The fifth chapter is a summary of work performed and analysis of expenditure. The goal is to characterize and assess the expenses incurred by the city administration Zábřeh and Mohelnice in the period 2006-2009. The objectives will be achieved by using comparisons of expenditure of both cities and both total expenditure and expenditure per capita converted. At the conclusion should be confirmed or refute hypotheses and that the costs of cities Zábřeh and Mohelnice own management in selected sectors are comparable.
