Abstract

This thesis is focused on marketing communication of Czech Cool Trade company, which is engaged in brokering of European subsidies, it offers business consulting, event marketing, public relations, human resources services and outsourcing services of business teams, training and coaching. In the thesis, the marketing communication as a toll of marketing mix is defined. Another part is focused on the characterization of Czech Cool Trade. There is an analysis of current marketing communication of firm with the marketing research in the work. Research is performed with the questionnaire survey, which is sent to all clients of Czech Cool Trade. In the thesis, the results of research are analyzed and proposals and recommendations for the Czech Cool Trade company are defined.
