Návrh implementace systému Kanban při dodávkách materiálu do výroby

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou štíhlé výroby a systému Kanban do výrobní společnosti v oblasti chemického průmyslu. V úvodní části práce je popsána společnost, v jejímž prostředí je práce řešena. Dále jsou specifikovány teoretické aspekty problematiky. V praktické části je pak řešen návrh implementace systému Kanban v podmínkách konkrétní společnosti a jsou vyhodnoceny přínosy aplikace uvedeného systému.

This bachelor work is focused on the issue of lean production and the implementation of Kaban system into production company in the field of chemical industry. The introductory part of the work is aimed to describe the company chosen for the practical part of the work. Theoretical aspects of the described issue are specified in the further parts of the work. The practical part of the work is devoted to the solving the project of the implementation of the Kaban system in the conditions of the above mentioned company. The benefits of the application of the analysed system have been evaluated here as well.
