Posouzení úrovně týmové spolupráce ve vybraném sportovním klubu

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is assessment of the level of team cooperation of the female team of the sports club TJ Sokol Svinov and propose recommendations for improving the position of the team in the table of the league competition. In the introduction, the work focuses on the theoretical characteristics of team and teamwork. Further it deals with the practical part, in which it describes the club and the female team. Then the level of teamwork in the female team is determined. The results are processed by means of specific methods, a questionnaire, an interview, a SWOT analysis and an Ishikawa diagram. The results show that the female team playing national handball does not have too good level of teamwork.
