Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of adaptation of employees in a selected company. The main aim of this thesis is to assess the effectiveness of the adaptation process in the selected company. The bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part presents the selected company and the basic concepts and theoretical basis for the management of human resources and adaptation of employees. The practical part presents the adaptation process of the employees of the mentioned company, which will be subsequently analyzed and the opinions and experiences of existing employees on the adaptation process are ascertained through interviews and a questionnaire survey. In the end, the results are evaluated and proposals are made that are designed to improve the adaptation process in the selected company.
