Tahová zkouška různých typů materiálů

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je porovnat mechanické vlastnosti různých druhů materiálů. V teoretické části jsou popsány typy trhacích strojů, možnosti použití zkušebních těles a smluvní diagram tahové zkoušky. Práce se zabývá nejčastějšími výdobytky jako mez kluzu, mez pevnosti, tažnost a kontrakce. Praktická část se věnuje rozborem tahové zkoušky, chováním materiálu při deformaci a hodnocením lomových ploch po deformaci.

The purpose of bachelor thesis is to compare mechanical properties of different material types. Theoretical part describes some types of tensile-strenght testing machines, the possibility of using of testing specimens and tensile test contracting diagram. Thesis deals with the most common results such as yield stress, tensile strenght, elongation and reduction of area. The practical part is focused on the analysis of tensile test, material behavior during the deformation and the fracture surfaces evaluation after deformation.
