Dostupnost sociálních služeb ve správním obvodu vybrané obce s rozšířenou působností

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the accessibility of social services in chosen municipalities with extended powers in the administrative district of Sumperk in comparison to the recommended amount of facilities of social services. The theoretical part of this thesis is dedicated to the limiting and particular specification of individual social services. Attention is also focussed on the principles of financing and, factors which affect the availability of social services. In the practical part analysis was carried out of the provided services in the administrative districts of the municipalities with extended powers in Sumperk according to individual municipalities with extended powers. The demographic structure of the Sumperk districts compared to the Czech Republic and there is a detailed list of the providers of social services in the Sumperk district. The following part compares the real availability of providing social services with recommended standards. In the summarizing part of the thesis, according to the results of the analysis, possible solutions are outlined for ensuring the corresponding number of social services in the Sumperk district.
