Alternativní stanovení vlhkosti na mezi plasticity

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on determination of plastic limit which is one of the three basic consistency limits of soils. Four methods of determination of plasticity limit including thread rolling test prescribed by the norm ČSN EN ISO 17892-12: 2018 are described. Two of these methods (thread rolling test and so-called bending test) were used to evaluate the moisture at the plasticity limit in laboratory conditions on six samples (kaolin-sand mixtures, each sample containing different amounts of kaolin and sand). Finally, this work compares the test results according to these methods.
