Abstract

My diploma thesis deals with insurance intermediaries, primarily an insurance broker. The thesis containes the legislation of insurance intermediaries, their structure and the laws which regulate them. The next section describes the company AWD, which is registered with the CNB as an insurance broker. The practical part describes the relationship between an insurance broker and the client. In conclusion, I defined appropriate suggestions and recommendations which should serve to streamline the work of an insurance broker.
