Abstract

Aim of the thesis is to recognize how generations view working conditions and based on the analysis of the conducted research, propose suggestions to employers on how to treat different generations. Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part explains basic concepts of the generations topic. Practical part is focused on analysis of questionnaire survey. Based on this analysis, suggestions for employers are proposed.
