Abstract

Assessing the Processes of Emlopyee Selection, Recruitment and Adaptation in the MSA, a.s. Company Bachelor´s Thesis Vysoká škola Báňská - Technical University of Ostrava Faculty of Economics Economics and Management The bachelor thesis is focused on methods of employee selection, recruitment and adaptation in the company. The thesis has a theoretical-applicable character. The current knowledge of selection, recruitment, adaptation and explanation basic concept related to the issue is summarized in theoretical part. Practical part is based on survey and follow up a dissatisfaction of employees and adepts for a job in the MSA, a.s. company. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to find out how the selection process of employee, recruitment and adaptation in the MSA, a.s. company works. Using a sociological survey was found out that company is not having a sufficiently and sophisticated adaptation system. Real proposals and recommendations which could help to improve HR management in the MSA, a.s. company in the future were given based of the results of investigations.
