Materiálové vlastnosti litin se zvýšeným obsahem křemíku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá litinami s kuličkovým grafitem se zvýšeným množstvím křemíku určených pro těžké odlitky. Pro tento účel byly odlity zkušební bloky z materiálů jakosti EN-GJS-450-18 a EN-GJS-500-14 o rozměrech 300 x 300 x 500 mm. Zkoumal se vliv křemíku na mechanické vlastnosti a mikrostrukturu těchto jakostních tříd litin.

This thesis deals with spheroidal graphite cast iron with an increased amount of silicon intended for heavy castings. For this purpose, test blocks were cast from materials quality EN-GJS-450-18 and EN-GJS-500-14 with the dimensions 300 x 300 x 500 mm. It was examined the effect of silicon on mechanical properties and the microstructure of these quality grades of cast iron.
