Analýza trhu práce k náboru zaměstnanců do společnosti BONATRANS GROUP a.s.

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is the analysis of the labour market after recruitment to the company BONATRANS GROUP a.s. The thesis defines terms such as job description, rexruitment sources. In the theoretical part of the thesis I describe the individual step sof the recruitment to vacant working possitions, methods of selection, the advantages and disadvantages of selecting employees from interna lor external sources. In the practical part I analyze the aktivity of the human resources department in the recruitment of employees from external sources.
