Abstract
This thesis deals with the financial statements and annual reports of non-profit organizations.
The first part will focus on legislation, formation, dissolution and termination of selected non-profit organizations.
The second part will be devoted to financial statements - balance sheet, profit and loss account and annex. Also included here will issue annual reports of nonprofit organizations and conditions for the audit. The next chapter is made of vertical and horizontal analysis balance sheet and profit and loss selected non-profit organizations. It also deals with the annex and annual reports whether they comply with regulations.
The last chapter is a evaluation of practical part and a summary of the this thesis.
