Analýza podílu nestrategických dodavatelů a jejich vliv na celkovou kvalitu dodávaných komponentů

Abstract

Subject of this Bachelor thesis is a new supplier qualification process in a company. First part describes supplier requirements in valid norms ČSN EN ISO 9001, ČSN ISO/TS 16949 and recommendation of ČSN EN ISO 9004. Next is described a theoretical base and supplier qualification requirements which are recommended in different resources. Practical part is solving the following topics: qualification process of new suppliers in company Continental AG, analysis of actual status of non-strategic suppliers portion and their influence on total quality results of purchased components in Continental Automotive Systems Czech Republic s.r.o. There are proposed corrective actions on the base of the analysis results at the end.
