Hodnocení finanční situace vybrané obchodní korporace

Abstract

Finanční analýza slouží ke komplexnímu zhodnocení finančního zdraví podniku. Cílem této bakalářské práce je posoudit finanční situaci vybrané obchodní korporace za období 2014 až 2019. Práce je rozdělena do pěti částí, a to včetně úvodu a závěru. Ve druhé části práce jsou popsány základní teoretické pojmy a metody finanční analýzy. Ve třetí části práce jsou uvedeny základní informace o vybrané obchodní korporaci a také je zde provedena horizontální a vertikální analýza finančních výkazů. Čtvrtá část práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení finanční situace vybrané obchodní korporace prostřednictvím ukazatelů rentability, zadluženosti, likvidity a aktivity a pyramidového rozkladu ukazatele rentability vlastního kapitálu. Výsledky provedené finanční analýzy jsou shrnuty v závěru práce.

Financial analysis is used to comprehensively assess the financial health of the company. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the selected business corporation in the period from 2014 to 2019. The thesis is divided into five parts, including the introduction and the conclusion. The second part describes the basic theoretical concepts and methods of financial analysis. The third part of the thesis provides basic information about the selected business corporation and also provides horizontal and vertical analysis of the financial statements. The fourth part is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the selected business corporation through profitability ratios, dept ratios, liquidity ratios, activity ratios and a pyramid decomposition of return on equity. The results of the financial analysis are summarized in the conclusion.
