Návrh a zhodnocení dlouhodobého finančního plánu obchodní společnosti

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the design and evaluation of a long-term financial plan for a selected company in the chemical and construction industry. The aim of the thesis is to develop a plan for a five-year period and assess its contribution to the management and stability of the company. The thesis is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction and the fifth chapter is the conclusion. The second chapter is devoted to the theoretical definition of long-term financial planning, including its meaning, methods and procedures of its creation. It also takes into account corporate objectives, strategy, and internal and external environmental influences. The third chapter analyses the current situation of the company. Its history, structure, SWOT analysis and an assessment of its financial health based on horizontal and vertical analysis and on selected ratios are presented. The fourth chapter contains the actual proposal of the long-term financial plan in three variants, namely the basic, optimistic and pessimistic variants. The plan is based on historical data and forecasts of revenue development in the construction sector.
