Abstract

The topic of this thesis is to evaluate indicators of labor productivity and its impact on management remuneration to company OKD a.s., CSM Mine Development The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part includes theoretical knowledge, defining indicators of labor productivity and the characteristics of the company. The practical part is focused on the analysis of labor productivity and related management remuneration at CSM Mine Development The next part deals with the different factors that affect productivity. Based on an analysis was proposed possible measures to increase labor productivity in the enterprise.
