Uplatnění osob po výkonu trestu odnětí svobody na trhu práce v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

The aim of the thesis „The Reintroduction of Former Prisoners to the Labour Market in the Moravian-Silesian Region“ is with using theoretical knowledge to identify the factors that limit the Reintroduction of people after imprisonment in the labour market in the Moravian-Silesian Region and propose recommendations to increase employment and employability of these Persons. This thesis uses methods of comparison, description, statistical description, analysis of data, analysis of questionnaire and in-depth and informal conversational interview. Data for the thesis were used from sources Prison Service of the Czech Republic and from Labour Office of the Czech Republic. Further in this thesis were used questionnaires and in-depth and informal conversational interviews.
