Abstract

The aim of this thesis is the creation of universal measurement system, which is useful for measure and record data type digital and analog, common incident on industrial machines. The main usability for this measurement system is the case, the man can not feel very fast action or the action last for a long time. Datalogger of industrial operational status serves especially for diagnostic and maintenance for industrial machines. Datalogger is realized as device of base PC and virtual instrumentation. This conception makes it possible to very fast development, flexibility and easy completion of function in future. For data acquisition is used measurement card type NI USB-6008 of National Instruments. The application for control of this card, data acquisition and analyze is made in graphical programming language in development system LabVIEW.
