Abstract
This thesis is focused on customer satisfaction measurment
in the shop with sports and outdoor clothing. The main aim of this thesis is to propose specific steps to increase customer satisfaction, which was achieved on the basis of the results of total customer satisfaction measurement in particular areas and elements of the business environment. The thesis is divided into seven main parts, which are Introduction, Theoretical customer satisfaction measurement, Description of the Alpine Pro, Methodology of data collection, Analysis of customer satisfaction, Proposals and recommendations to increase customer satisfaction and Conclusion.
