The task of this diploma thesis is the preparation of documentation for the construction of an administrative building. The object is designed to fit into the existing urban solution of the site. The basis for the design was an overview of the needs of administrative premises and other additional surveys and environmental analyzes. The building has three above-ground floors and an underground garage. An integral part of the work is also the technological implementation of ceiling constructions using filigree ceiling prefabricates and its comparison with the alternative variant of the Spiroll ceiling panels. The aim of the comparison is to collate both time and financial demands of the variants. This diploma thesis is a summary of all the established circumstances, valid regulations, decrees and norms.
