Abstract
The Bachelor thesis deals with a method of cost reduction in thermal spray process for thermal barrier applications performed by Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc s.r.o. company. Thermal spray proces is described in the Introduction section. The cost reduction is determined by the analysis of the tests performed by spraying test samples in the company. Based on the test results an optimum method is determined in order to reduce the process costs.
