Návrh testovacího rámu pro redundantní řídicí systém ABB 800xA a demonstrace jeho funkčnosti na vybrané úloze řízení technologického procesu

Abstract

This thesis deals with design of the testing frame using the ABB 800xA control system and creating of the control application for functional verification. Theoretical part describes the 800xA system architecture and its main parts. Detailed description is also focused on the AC800M and S800 I/O hardware. The practical part contains specification and list of the needed testing frame components. Next part of the practical focuses on creating of the electrotechnical documentation of the designed 800xA testing frame and its construction. The last part deals with creating of the control program and verification of the testing frame functionality. The output of this diploma thesis is functional testing frame where its functionality is verified by connected HW simulator of the technology proces and running control application.
