Abstract

This thesis deals with the analysis of the competitiveness of Bernard the Family Brewery Inc. The thesis is divided into two main parts. Theoretical part defines basic concepts and methods for evaluating competitiveness. In the practical part these methods are applied to the selected company. The practical part contains PEST analysis and Porter's analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the competitiveness of the company and word some recommendation to improve competitiveness on the base of the results of the analysis.
